Before shopping, please familiarize yourself with the conditions of the distance contract.

Distance contract

The distance contract is concluded between the shop Audumu Studija hereinafter - the seller and the person who makes the purchase hereinafter - the buyer.

1. General provisions

  • The seller undertakes to deliver the required product according to the purchase made in the store.
  • Product colors may vary depending on monitor resolution.
  • We undertake not to provide personal data to a third party.
  • The product will be sent out within 2-5 working days, if a product or fabric is not available immediately, but it will be available, the order is on the way, then the delivery of the order can be completed within 12 working days.

2. Ordering goods

  • The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
  • The buyer is responsible for entering his data accurately.

3. Payment of goods

The buyer chooses the most convenient payment method and makes the payment.

  • We accept orders by debit or credit card
  • In case of ambiguities, before ordering the goods, you can contact us by writing an e-mail to audumustudija@inbox.lv or by calling 20040329 .
  • The buyer pays the commission fee related to making the payment.
  • The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Supply of goods

  • The product is sent within 2-5 working days to the selected delivery point.
  • The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. In case of uncertainty, contact us immediately by writing an e-mail to audumustudija@inbox.lv or by calling 20040329.
  • The product can be received in person at Raina Street 14, Jelgava in the Audumu studio store on weekdays from 12:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays by agreement.
  • You can receive the product through Omnivas, DPD - EUR 3.50, through Latvian Post - EUR 5.00-10.00, or in person at Raina Street 14, Jelgava - free of charge.
  • Free delivery in Latvia for purchases over 70.00 EUR.
  • The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. Approximately 2-5 working days within the borders of Latvia.
Right of withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to refuse or exchange the purchase within 14 days if the product has not been used.
  • The product will have to be returned to the seller at his own expense.
  • The seller returns the full amount of the purchase if he finds that the product is not damaged and has not been used.

Privacy rights

  • Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv , therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
  • The data will be used to prepare and deliver the required order.
  • The buyer will need to provide the exact first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and delivery address.
  • The data provided by the buyer is stored on the website developer's platform, on the seller's computer and at audumustudija@inbox.lv .
